"We have seen that there is still injustice in terms of distributional resources for vaccination [...] Ten years from now there will be more capabilities of manufacturing vaccines in Africa," Jose Manuel Barroso said in Ethiopia ahead of the AU's assembly of the Heads of State and Government.
