Central African Republic: Bangui residents forced to live in flooded homes

Wearing a pink and yellow shirt, Ngade Guy Jocelyn cannot go about without his paddles. It has been a few days since the father has been forced to move about his town south from Bangui on a pirogue. The Ubangi river overflowed following heavy rainfall and flooded many areas around the CAR's capital.
