DRC President defends record in state of the nation address ahead of elections

Speaking ahead of presidential elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix Tshisekedi addresses the nation in parliament Tuesday (Nov. 14). He talked economy, security, reviewed the international forces deployed in the east of the country and touched on the December 20 polls.
