Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry hosted his Dutch counterpart Hanke Bruins Slot on Monday (Mar. 4). In February, the ICJ ordered “immediate and effective measures” to protect Palestinians in Gaza from the risk of genocide by ensuring sufficient humanitarian assistance enabling basic services.
