JDWS is a non-profit organization of reflection and initiatives whose main objective is a merciless fight against physical and psychological violence against women and girls around the world and particularly in the Sahel.
The NGO (JDWS) owes its origin to a Malian woman who lived in Mali and the Sahel during difficult periods of armed conflict where she witnessed various types of violence against women and girls. With her team and partners, she intends to help break silences and lift taboos to better inform people about gender-based violence, in order to help her sisters around the world to denounce their ills loud and clear.
