Kenya: Four people killed in blast near police station

The blast rocked a small hotal the town of Mandera on Monday (Mar. 25). Police said it was caused by an improvised explosive device that had been planted at the hotel and was detonated as a crowd of people sat down to eat breakfast. Mandera is on the border with Somalia.
