Prime minister Ariel Henry resigns amidst Haiti's crisis

Stranded in Puerto Rico following his inability to return to Port-au-Prince, Henry engaged remotely with Caricom members during discussions. A US official extended an invitation for the resigning Prime Minister to stay in the US territory.
