Togo delays legislative and regional polls until Apr. 29

The legislative and regional elections were initially scheduled on April 13, then on April 20. The controversial constitutional reform has triggered discussion over the rule of Faure Gnassingbé whose family has governed the west African country since a coup in 1967.
