Uganda's blind assistant app: a step forward in education

Visually impaired students in Africa often face challenges accessing braille texts, resulting in high dropout rates in high school because of the slow advancement in assistive technology. Fortunately, a group of developers from Uganda has developed the Blind Assistant app.
